What is his or her purpose of traveling in time? Is it to explore, to solve a riddle or conflict, to make a change? Perhaps it’s to fight for something.

Is this a warrior or an adventurer? It could be a warrior girl, not like the regular warrior girls with a lot of muscles, less clothes and super big breasts, but something more realistic. It could be a young girl who’s not so sure of herself, who needs to learn how to fight for survival (psychologically or physically, or both?).

Something more natural

I think I will stick to this idea in some way.

I don’t want her to have a huge selection of weapons (if it’s a game). Perhaps like Alice from American McGee's Alice (game), where Alice only has one weapon (a kitchen knife) throughout the whole game. Or she can have no physical weapon at all, just her words of wisdom (This will be more fit in a movie)
