To find a perfect look for my character, I’ve researched:

Sami history to see their cloting, tools of survival, where they lived, what they lived of, where the Sami people originates from etc.




I’ve also researched a lot of pictures of Samis to find a typical Sami-look for her. ( I also have myself as a reference) :)





How do one make the character look -Like a Sami:
Stronger cheekbones, short, blonde hair, their outfit (Sea Sami or Mountain Sami? Winter or summer?)

I want to draw her with two different outfits:
Her first outfit (from the 70’s - the “now”) and the outfits she gains in her time travels. Or will she change outfit at all? Maybe she could have her outfit from the 70’s throughout the whole story.
